NAU Off-Campus Equipment Forms
NAU ITS understands that many NAU employees may have the option of working remotely during COVID-19. To keep our employees and their equipment accountable during this time, our BPSM team created a check-in and check-out form. The forms can be found at our Off-Campus Use of Equipment page. Please note: NAU ITS encourages NAU employees to fill out the Request Home use of University Equipment Form prior to working from home.
